RE : Application #-40.5
KNOEK HARDWARE CO.
Dear John:
From my knowledge of the site, it would appear there arP some
Wetlands on this site and I 'm guessing that there would not
be potential of much erosion.
The plans lack a designation of Wetlands limits and existing
contours .
The narrative on sheet X3 is fine, but show more detail on the
plan. Three batches of hay bales is inadequate. Designate the
stock pile area, with protection. Assuming late fall or winter
construction, adjust the sequence and the Erosion & Soil measures .
If an approval is granted, a bond of $ 2 , 500 is suggested to assure
compliance with their conservation plans.
With modifications , staff is not opposed to their proposal .
Very truly yours,
c
