REL Victorian Woods - Application #416 Review
Dear Jack:
This proposal is the same as approved by the IWA/CC on May 20 , 1985 .
Although it predates the ' Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook ' ,
the items of concern are similar and could be adjusted. For instance with respect to the notes on sheet 3 :
#7 - seeding - when - not just at their convenience. Also
consider winter exposure .
#11 - should refer to the current handbook.
#17 - the roadway construction details shall remain under the
jurisdiction of the Town Engineer, not the design engineer.
#19 - location of the stock piles should be indicated on the plan
to avoid the wetlands . Not just here and there.
In addition to the above, the plans should include the entrance pad
at Ellington Road on sheet 4 , a stump recycling area and scheduling
with approximate dates .
Again, the previous application lapsed and a full hearing appears
in order. If an approval were granted, a $10 ,000 bond for Phase 1
would seem appropriate to assure compliance.
Very truly yours ,
130
