Dear Sir:
At the January 14, �1985 meeting, the South Windsor Inland Wetlands Agency approved
with conditions Application No. 309, Westage Development Group, Inc. , for the partial
realignment of Whaples Brook to accomodate a future town road on property located on
Pleasant Valley Road, Sojuth Windsor, Connecticut.
The permit is based; on the plans entitled "Westage, Phase 2, South Windsor,
Connecticut" prepared for Westage Development Group, Inc. , Heritage Hills Drive,
Somers, New York, by Russell and Dawson Engineering. Such plans are dated Dec tuber
28, 1984, no revisions; ;sheets 1 through 6 of 6.
The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be valid:
1. Before any actual site work is done a conservation sedimentation and
erosion control plan must be submitted.
2. This proposal is subject to the approval of the Town Engineer.
3. The applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of South Windsor
against any liability which might result from the proposed operation or use.
4. This permit is valid for one year and shall expire if not initiated and
completed within 6ne year from the date of approval.
