Subdivision, n/s Pleaslawr-Va-1ley Road
Please be advised that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted
to approve the above application for a subdivision as shown on
plans prepared by Palmberg & Russo, dated 12/30/80 and 5/10/83,
No. 83036, subject to the following modifications:
1. Sheet #1 shall be modified so that the key map shows
common ownership of Lot #2 and the parcel to the north owned
by Burr Meadow Associates. The line between these parcels • .
shall be removed- from the key map.
2. Sheet #2 shal be modified to remove the "original property
line 492. 88' , and the words "area to be acquired from
Anthony D. Ru so, Lot 2, 3. 02+- acres" shall be deleted from
the plan.
Both sheets must a reproduced on black and transparent mylars,
bearing A-2 certi ications, and this letter must be reproduced
thereon. Within 0 days of the date of approval the mylars
must be stamped a d signed by this Commission and filed in the
Town Clerk' s Offi a (by September 5, 1983) .
