Mr Marian advised me that the Jam does come under the jurisdiction of the DEP arid will have to be repaired u der their permit process. I was advised by Mr. Robert Gilmore, also of the D P, that as long as the proposed repairs do not change the water level of the 3ond, a Diversion permit will not be required. Based o the above, we will do a hydrologic study of th watershed that conforms to DEP methods. Once that study is completed anc we know the rr required outlet capacity, we will confer with JMJ Constructs n and the Town, as to the typa of outlet structure preferred. Our present workload indicates that we will not be able o start on this project until the third week in June. We would expect to complete the design in July and have a construction permit by early September.
