Please be advised that the 'Planning & Zoning Commission voted
to approve the above application for a 1 lot subdivision in an"
RR zone, as shown on a plan prepared by John L. Thompson, L . S . ,
dated May 5, 1984 , subject to the following modifications :
1 . A turn-around driveway is required on this lot .
2. No building p rmit will be issued until the final plan
has been file in the Town Clerk' s Office .
A 24" x 36" black and white transparent mylar, together with
three paper print , with this letter reproduced thereon, must
be submitted to t is Commission to be stamped and signed within
90 days of the da a of approval (by 9/3/84) .

Attorney Harold Cummings was present on behalf of the applicant ,
who wishes to c t a lot out of his mother ' s property on Buckland
Road for the pu pose of building a house . There is also an
existing house n this parcel . Mrs . Montana told Mr . Wright
that the Commis ion is not contemplating many more residences
on this side of Buckland Road , and Mr . DeMallie noted that
he should be aw re of the fact that eventually it is planned that
Buckland Road w 11 be widened as soon as funds are available.
Mr . Conde sugge ted Mr . Wright set the house back as far as
he can, and Mr . Wright said he intended to do so .
Mrs . Montana sa d she just wanted Mr . Wright to be aware of the
fact that land long this road will be developed in years to come ,
and traffic wil increase, and it is already heavy . Mr . DeMallie
t __ suggested there be a turn-around driveway . •
_ Mr_ . Sorenson ma e a motion to approve this application for a one
lot subdivision in an RR zone , as shown on a plan prepared by John L.
Thompson , L. S . dated May 5 , 1984 , subject to the following
modifications :
1 . A turn around driveway is required on this lot .
2 . No bui ding permit will be issued until the final
plan h s been filed in the Town Clerk' s Office .
A 24" x 3 black and white transparent mylar , together with
three pape prints , with the letter of approval of this
Commission reproduced thereon , must be submitted to this
