At the February 15, 1984 meeting, the South Windsor Inland-
Wetlands Agenc I approved with conditions Application NO. 270-
Phase III of a sand d gravel operation located at the inter-
section of Graham Road,, Ayers Road and Sul' ivan Avenue,
South Windsor, Connecticut.
The permit is Ibased on the plans entitled "Grading Plan,
Proposed EarthlRemo 1 and Land Re8toration Plan, Prepared for
John J. Mitchell, ruustee, South Windsor, onnecticut, " drawn
by Fuss & O'Neill, dated June 17, 1981 ; revised January 31 , 1984.
The foll ing �c�onditions must be adhered to for this permit
to be valid:
1. The site improvements are to be c mpleted as
shown on the plans dated 6/17/ 1 , revised 1/31/84,

one year from the date of approval.
