Zone Change from AA-30 to A-30
Please be advised that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted last ,
night to approve the above application for a zone change from AA-30 to
A-30 for approximately,90.06 acres located at the southwest corner of
• Dart Hill Road and Avery Street, as shown on a plan prepared by
A. R. Lombardi Associates, Inc., dated 12/7/81, No. 77-469.
Within 90 days from the date of approval (by May 31, 1982)- a plot plan
drawn to a scale of 1" = 401 , showing the distance and bearings of all
boundary lines and acreage of this parcel, must be submitted to the
Commission. It shall be drawn in accordance with the rules and regulations
of the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land
Surveyors, and must be stamped and signed by a Registered Land
Surveyor and submitted on black and transparent polyester film.
After it has been stamped and signed by the Commission the mylar will
be returned to you for filing in the Town Clerk's Office. This zone
change is effective the date the mylar is filed in the Town Clerk's office.
