Landscaping Bon s
Dear Sir:
Please be advised that the Planning & Zoning Commission votei on September
22 , 1987 to deny the release of the Landscaping Bonds for the above
referenced lots .
The reason for denial was the substantial number of dead trees on these
lots . At such time as the trees have been replaced, Planning & Zoning
will reconsider the release of the bonds .
