The catch basins shall be in accordance with the Town Engineer ' s specifications. 2 . The large tree which will remain on the site should be shown on the plans. 3 . This approval is subject to the conditions of approval of the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission. 4 . The permit is based on the plans entitled "Proposed Facility" prepared for Andre Charbonneau by consulting engineers of Clarence Welti Associates. Such plans are dated 4-15-85, being revised 6-18-85; sheets 1 and 2 of 2. The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be valid: 1. Construction activities shall be subject to the approval of the Town Engineer. 2. The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of South Windsor. 3. All erosion and sedimentation control measures are to be in place rp for to earth moving operations in each area and maintained cleaned out during construction. 2 . Three complete sets of approved/revised plans needed prior to start of construction by Town. Contractor must have Town stamped plans at site. 3 . The Public Works Department is to be notified forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of major construction work with inspections and testing per Developers Checklist required for the following. Preparation of subbase, six (6) inch lifts, each lift compacted, Town to mark compaction test locations. e. Placement of bituminous concrete, 1 1/2 inch layers. 4 . Certification of gravel used as subbase at the site will be required by an approved testing company. 5 . All pipe and structures to be backfilled with free draining material, compacted in maximum one foot lifts with approved compaction equipment. 6 . Any problems and/or questions regarding construction of this project will be directed to K. Charbonneau in the field. 7 . Forty-eight (48) hours notice needed for Certificate of Occupancy inspection. Two weeks review period (10 working days) needed for all individual site (lot) plans prior to issuance of building permit (may be longer if application is incomplete) . Copy of Building Permit and C.O. Guidelines given A. Charbonneau. 8. Only approved stamped copies of subdivision plans and lot site plans to be used. Any proposed changes are to be presented to Engineering/Planning & Zoning prior to implementation. 9 . Hours of operation 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. , no work on Sunday.
