Due to a constant increase in the use of cryogenic ar on at A M K, the Linde Corporation now recommends we install 3000 or 6000 gallon tank. Either size tank will require t e same cement load specs, however, the tank diametet would n w increase to approximately 7� ft. , and the height to a prox mately 25 feet. The cement pad now required will be inc eas d to measure wide x 20 ft. length and will be enclosed by a chain-link fence 8 ft. high. The location remains the same. Marcia Banach, Director of Planning , informs me of your (Commissions) crowded adgenda which may cause a c nsi erab e loss of time before x could appear before your Commission to present my needy and hurried request. My problem is twofold. First, our argon consumption against our present system is so large that the result is a ress re drop" ! Secondly, we must install the larger system but need your Commissions approval to pour a larger cement pad (to Linde speci- fication) . This must be done as soon as possible. Time is not on my side. Outdoor lighting should be shown on the plan, and shall be in accordance with Section 8. 7. 3. 2. Additional landscaping shall be indicated on the plan. 3. Spot elevations in the southeast corner of the building should be shown. 4. This approval 'is subject to the conditions of approval of the Inland Wetland's Agency/Conservation Commission. 5. No building permit will be issued until the final plans have been filed in the Town Clerk' s Office. 6 . Prior to commencement of site work, a meeting must toe held with Town staff. Within 90 days from the date of approval (by 2/24/86) a black and white mylar with this letter, and the letter of the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission, reproduced thereon, together with three paper prints, must be submitted to this Commission to be stamped and signed.
