Drain Layer's Permit No. 751
Dear Mr. Crisp,
As you are aware your house at 110 Graham Road was connected by a licensed drain
layer to the Town's sewer system in 1974 under Drain Layer's Permit No. 751,which was
never issued because the Town was not able to inspect the installation work. Since almost
34 years have passed since the sewer connection was installed with no record of any
problems,the Town can only assume that the building sewer was properly installed and
therefore the Drain Layer's Permit No. 751 will be treated as a permit that has been
issued. As the property owner of 110 Graham Road,you have all the rights and
responsibilities of an owner.of property connected to the Town sewer system with an
issued drain layer's permit.
