'Dear Sir:
This past February 2nd a house connection which you installed at 216
Sky Line Drive - formerly known as Skyview Lot 57 - began giving the home-
owner trouble backing up into his basement. Attempts to reach you and
messages left on your answering device produced no response from you, and
the homeowner-is still plagued with backups.
I have been instructed to advise you that you are to correct this situation
within five (5) days from the date of this letter. Should you fail to do so
in the time specified the Town will hire a contractor to make the necessary
repairs and look to your insurance agent for all costs incurred.
