SUBJECT OAK GROVE ACRES...PROPERTY OF CARLO PRESTILEO
As you are no doubt aware the sanitary sewers in the referenced sub-division
are no longer capped - having been activated by the recent acceptance of Graham
Road Area, Contract "H".
My primary concern at present - and the reason for this Memo - is the owner-
ship of the rights-of-way involved in these sewers. There are two (2) - one (1)
running from Berle Road to Rosemary Lane, and the other from Rosemary Lane to ,
Doria Lane.
I have already contacted Attorney Dennis concerning this. He is unaware of
any deeding of these R.O.W.'s to the Town, and stated that, at least- preliminary,
steps should have already been taken by Planning & Zoning.
Any light you can shed on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Subject: Oak Grove Acres Sanitary Sewer Installation
Dear John:
On two (2) separate occasions last week my people wAir-tested a section of
the subject line - namely, that section between Manhole Station 5+00 and Manhole
Station 8+35 on Rosemary Lane.
The results of both tests show infiltration far in excess of that allowed
by Town specifications. We therefor, direct that this section of sewer be
repaired to bring infiltration down to allowable limits.
Please contact this Office prior to beginning this work in order that our
Inspector may be present. It might be noted that the rest of the sewer line
within this subdivision is acceptable, and repair of the above noted section at
the earliest possible time will enable both your Company and my Department to
finalize our respective paperwork on this project.
