Re: Lot #10 - Oak Grove Acres
Lot #10 in the above-mentioned subdivision has two (2) wells.
Well #1 is located in a Sanitary Sewer easement. This well
is presently connected to the house; however, it has to be
abandoned for domestic use. T have discussed this with
Mel Edwards, the buyer' s attorney, and Mel Stead.
Before a C.O. is issued, the house should be connected to
Well #2, which is to the North and rear of the house.
Also, as you are probably aware, there is a landscaping
problem (water) which Cote is in the process of alleviating.
