Dear Mr. Amato:
Please be advised--that upon completion and acceptance of the
Sanitary Sewers currently being installed by Roncari Industries,
and prior to receiving your Certificates of Occupancy,
Connection Charges for those apartments which are physically
connected must be paid.
As you know, the Connection Charge is $400.00 per unit. The
Connection Charge for any units which are subsequently
connected, must be paid prior to issuance of a permit.
