surfacing at the south cast, coLac-r of your property and
t entering a storm. drain x\,,hich discharges directly to a
water course. This -is in violation of the sanitary code
of the Town of South Windsor.
Since sanitary sewer service is available, you are
hereby directed to comlect immediately to the sanitary
sewer on north View Drive.
