WHEREAS, Joseph E. Schoen and Marilyn J. Schoen of South Windsor, Connecticut
desire to connect their premises at 83 Pine Knob Drive to the sanitary sewer system
of the Town of South Windsor, and
WHEREAS, because Joseph E. and Marilyn J. Schoen have erected a poured concrete
patio over the house sewer leading to their septic tank, and
WHEREAS, in order to connect said house sewer to the sanitary sewer system it will
now be necessary to make said connection to the Orangeburg house sewer, and
WHEREAS, said connection is not in accordance with commonly accepted practices and
may in the future result in sewerage backup with resulting damage to the premises;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the Town of South Windsor permitting said
Joseph E. and Marilyn J. Schoen to connect to the sanitary sewer system through use
of the Orangeburg house sewer, the said Joseph E. and Marilyn J. Schoen, for them-
selves, their heirs, executors and assigns agree to hold the Town of South Windsor
harmless from any and all claims for damages of any nature whatsoever resulting or
attributable to the connection above mentioned.
