RE: CONNECTION CHARGE - LOT #1 DART LL ESTATES La
We have discovered that the sewer connection charge was paid twice
for Lot #1 , Dart Hill Estates.
On June 10, 1992 drain layers permit #5791 was issued with the
indication that the sewer connection charge of $600. 00.,was paid and
the connection charge receipt number was 4177. Some work was done at
that time to extend the lateral into the lot. However the building
was not built and hence no connection made.
On December 28, 1994 drain layers permit #6230 was issued when the
connection charge of $600. 00 was paid (again) and connection charge
receipt number was 4520 dated December 27, 1994.
Attached are copies of the permits #5791 and #6230 and receipt #4520.
Please have a check issued to Dart Hill Realty for a $600. 00 1refund
of a duplicate connection fee paid on Lot #1 at Dart Hill Estates.
