RE: INDUSTRIAL BUILDING - 319 SAVIN DRIVE
Frank Kucza is building an industrial building at 319 Savin Drive.
The floor has a drain connected to the sanitary sewer through
the plumbing system. I am not aware of an approved oil separator.
This should be resolved prior to issuing a Certificate of Occupancy.
