SUBJECT PERMIT PLAN PREPARED FOR THEODORE L.';& LEON KAMINSKI
The subject plan and accompanying test report copies of which I have attached for
your records and information - cover only one (1) lot of the*Kaminski property.-,on.,the
east side of. Niederwerfer Road the corner lot abutted on the north by land of the
Connecticut Light and Power Company.
I have just completed a review of this plan, as submitted to me by Dr. Ramesh P.
Singhal, and have the following comments to offer:
a. The perc rate of'twenty (20 minutes per inch is within the allowable
limits -as set forth in Section 99-13-B2
01 of the Public Health Code;
b. Using a scale, all separating distances appear to concur with Section
Z 9-13-B20i of the Code;_ aiid ...
c. As designed.;_the..._leaching..system is more.than.adequate to meet Code xequixe-
ikerits; hawever, -I must insist that the trench ends be tied together as
required
red by, Sectiorr_.'19-'i3-B2�a.�a)�.of�the_Code. This zs.,a matter that would
rioriaaily be handled in the field by the Drain Layer, however,- and presents
zio problem ai this time.
In short, with the addi.tion.of equalization trenches, I approve the plan as
submitted.
