Beaudreau, South Windsor, CT"; Prepared by J. R. Russo & Associates, East Windsor, CT: Sheet: 1 of 2, No. 2007-012: "Sanitary Sewer Extension"; Dated: 4-12-07, with revision date of 5-22-07; and subject to the following conditions: 1. A private easement between the property owners must be reviewed and approved by the Town Attorney; 2. The property owners will be responsible for the maintenance of the sewer lateral; 3. Technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering Department; 4. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design plans approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction. After completion of installation of the sewer line or after any future repairs, Grantee shall, to the extent possible, restore the easement area to its prior condition, including, but not limited to, return of topsoil, grading and seeding. 5. Grantee shall maintain the sewer line as required and shall indemnify and hold Grantor harmless from any expense caused by any leakage or other failure of the sewer line.
