As its regular meeting of May 5, 1992 , the Water Pollution
Control Authority reviewed those circumstances surrounding the
non-payment of sewer user charges for the property of 45 Laurel
Street, and voted to direct the Town to assess the outstanding
sewer charges from 1978 in the amount of $1,551 . 00 .
Furthermore, that, due to the peculiar circumstances the
property shall not be charged any inteest
es
shall be granted the maximum amount ofr o timeprovided1by,lawdfor
repayment.
It is my understanding, based on our .conversation, that this will
be thirty ( 30 ) days and that if payment is not received within
the time period, a lien will be placed against the property.
