We believe that currently the septic system at this location is being utilized. Our concern is that a connection can be made to our sanitary sewer system without our knowledge and without a usage fee being collected. It is my understanding that this property is not currently being billed a usage fee - is this correct? If so, should we be billing them? I am enclosing a copy of my January 18, 1994 memorandum to Mr. Ed Moniz explaining this situation. When I get notification from the Building Department that the interior plumbing work is complete, I will notify you so that billing of the usage fee can begin.
