WAIVER
WHEREAS, Walter P. and Helen G. Potyra of South Windsor, Connecticut desire to
connect their premises at 668 Foster Street to the sanitary sewer system of the Town
of South Windsor, and
WHEREAS, because Walter P. and Helen G. Potyra have erected a patio and
accompanying retaining wall over the house sewer leading to their septic tank, and
WHEREAS, in order to connect said house to the sanitary sewer system it will
now be necessary to make said connection to the Orangeburg house sewer, and
WHEREAS, said connection is Rot in accordance with commonly accepted practices
and may in the future result in sewerage backup with resulting damage to the premises;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the Town of South Windsor permitting said
Walter P. and Helen G. Potyra to connect to the saiitary sewer system through use of
the Orangeburg house sewer, the said Walter P. and Helen. G. Potyra, for themselves,
their heirs, executors and assigns agree to hold the Town of South Windsor harmless
from any and all claims for damages of any nature whatsoever resulting or attributable
to the connection above mentioned.
