The owner of the adjacent property MUST be informed 24 HOURS in advance of excavation to be performed at their driveway. 5. The storing of pipe, excavated materials- or other construction materials within the highway right-of-way will NOT be allowed. Equipment shall be removed from the right-of-way when not in use. 6. Once started, construction shall continue until complete, including final restoration. 7. No temporary pavement shall be placed to allow for traffic to compact the fill. Should any temporary pavement settle it shall be replaced at once so that an acceptable riding service will be maintained throughout the site at ALL TIMES. 8. Requirements of this permit are subject to change as field conditions warrant. 9. At the end of each work day all trenches will be backfilled (off road) and patched (on road) .
