The Town of South Windsor has issued a permit for a grease separator and sanitary sewer lateral for the new Dunkin Donuts located at 210 Deming Street, Manchester, CT to be connected to South Windsor's sewerage system. The sewer connection charge for this site has been received. This sewer lateral and grease separator installation was inspected by Town staff and is in substantial conformance with the Town standards and regulations and the approved plans. An as-built site plan of this development showing _ the site improvements including the sanitary sewer lateral and grease separator, stamped by a Connecticut Licensed Surveyor, must be received by the South Windsor Engineering Division. The owner has given us a cash bond to guarantee completion of the as-built plan. Based on this information, the Town of South Windsor hereby approves and.accepts the sanitary sewer connection for the new Dunkin Donuts located at 210 Deming Street in Manchester, CT.
