Dear Ms . Putz :
Enclosed is your check #11067 in the amount of $2, 000 and also check
#11068 in the amount of $25 . 00 made out to the Town of South
Windsor. These checks were for the connection charge and the
drain layers permit fee for a sanitary sewer connection to the Texaco
facility at 172 Deming Street, Manchester, Connecticut .
We are returning these to you since the sanitary connection will not
be made at this time, as per your November 2, 1994 letter and our
telephone conversation .

Dear Jerry,
This will confirm our telcon of today regarding the above subject matter.
Due to numerous factors,the owner of the facility, Star Enterprise, has decided to abandon the
idea of tying into the existing sewer line. Instead, they have decided to re-activate their existing
septic system by updating piping etc.
Since our check for$2,000 paying for the sewer outlet charge has already been deposited into the
General Fund, I am submitting this request in writing. Your assistance in handling this matter is
sincerely appreciated. I have also enclosed the Fuss&O'Neill map showing the most recent
version of the current road conditions at this location. If you have any questions, please do not
hesitate to give our office a call at your convenience.
