Armando M.Nunes H.M.Nunes &Sons Const., Inc. 27 Gamache Drive Ludlow MA 01056 Dear Mr.Nunes, Upon inspection, it has been found that the bituminous concrete lip curbing(B.C.L.C.)has been displaced along the majority of the U.S. Post Office site along Clark St.The Director of Public Works has directed me to inform you that the Town of South Windsor requires the areas of B.C.L.C.that have been damaged or displaced to be replaced to the Town standards.This area of curbing that needs to be replaced includes but is not limited to the curbing along the sanitary sewer lateral and the gas line trench. In addition the street cuts made for the water main have settled significantly across Ellington Rd and require immediate attention. I will also be sending letters to Art Barber and the Water Company.
