Re: Willowbrook Golf Course
Grease Trap
Dear Mr. Shaw:
We recently spoke about the size of the exterior grease trap at the Willowbrook Golf Course
and you indicated that it could be sized for the 24-hour flow from the kitchen. The problem we are
having is obtaining data on water use in a kitchen only.
To simplify matters, I recommend that a 13000 gal. grease trap be used based upon the
following:
Total estimated water use: 1,250 GPD
Estimated maximum two-thirds flow from the kitchen:
2/3 x 1,250= 833 GALS
USE: 1,000 Gallon Tank
