Dear Mr. Moniz:
On February 28, 1978, the South Windsor Sewer Commission passed the following
Motion:
MOTION made by Mr. Pitts, seconded by Mr. Aniello and carried THAT
in view of the fact where the property owner, Bernard A. & Evelyn M.
Lathrop of 74 Birch Road, South Windsor, has been ordered to connect
to the sanitary sewer because of immediate health hazard and at a
time when the weather conditions make it unusually expensive, this
and other unusual circumstances and subject to the property owner
making connection by March 3, 1978, the South Windsor Sewer Commission
waives the $400 Connection Charge.
