Dear Sir:
This memo is to--cronfi-rm- that we will allow F. and R. Construction to
connect to the sanitary sewer line at the aforementioned address pro-
viding that the house connection is capped at the point before adapt-
ing to the cast iron leading from the dwelling until the main sanitary
sewer line is accepted by the Town of South Windsor.
