The sewer plans show a Wye and a lateral for this property. The wye in the road is between their paved driveway and their water service. The lateral is shown right on the property line. The adjacent homeowner I am told is very harsh regarding anyone doing anything near his property. The ties on the plan from a utility pole no longer work (pole had been moved) and if the tie that should be accurate is used, this places the lateral in the middle of the adjacent property owners paved driveway. The depth of the lateral is only 5.5'and the contractor may have to excavate the end of the lateral to determine if the grades will work for gravity flow prior to doing any other work and if the location is in question this may be a huge hole. Could you determine the locations of the lateral and wye at 102 Beelzebub. There is a manhole in front of each of the adjacent properties. I told Jim Throwe that I would speak to you regarding this.
