Dear Mel,
This will confirm the vote of the Sewer Commission on Tuesday, May 13 in which
we authorized the owner of the property at 150 and 156 Avery Street, Manchester
to use the same trench for the laterals affecting the two properties. However,
we will require that a separate lateral pipe be laid in the trench for each
separate use. If the owner does not intend to hookup the property at 150 at
this time, that pipe may be capped and the sewer connected to the second pipe
across the property lines. There will be no easement needed so long as both
properties are in the same name.
