In regard to the installation of the building sewer on the south side of the School, the location of `N said pipe represents a change from what was originally approved by the South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority. Therefore,this change_e will- require the approval of the:Authority =i--and the proper execution of a change-order. 'Arrangements for obtaining this approval may be. made through this office(644-2511,extension 247). The next meeting of the Authority will be September 15, 1998. Furthermore,it is my understanding that the air test of the main line is scheduled for Thursday September 3 1998. Please contact this office if the commitment to test this line on that date can not be kept. Please feel free to contact this office if you have any other questions in regard to these subjects. I also informed Kurt that a change order and WPCA approval still needs to be done due to the changes in the lateral location. Kurt reccommended that we also send a letter to Peter Sobin at SLAM to take care of. I gave Fred SLAMs address and suggested he also send a letter to them and the PBC. �C6NNED . Could you please give a copy of whatever you send out for my files. Also,the permit Ricards Corp. has taken out for that work expires this Wedneselb7 9/5/98. If they do not complete the air test by this date do you want Richards to take out another permit. Could you please let me know any actions you wish me to take to resolve these issues.
