Doolittle, P.E., Town Engineer Date: 12/29/05 RE: *- ,V�r Lateral On Tuesday 12/27/05 and Wednesday 12/28/05 Violett Silvester & Sons installed a sanitary sewer lateral for the residential house at 9 Arnold Way. There was a lateral provided in the road for this house, however, the lateral ended 8 feet short of the property line for this address. To install this lateral the contractor had to remove 2-3 sidewalk panels and chip away at ledge. The lateral was 4 feet deep. Attached are pictures of this work and a copy of our inspection report for this work. Please let me know if you need any other information. Thank You } - -- - ZD a -__
