CERTIFICATE RELEASING AND DISCHARGING SEWER LIEN
The undersigned Tax Collector of the Town of South Windsor, in the County of
Hartford, State of Connecticut, hereby releases and discharges, because of the payment
of the amount secured thereby, a sewer lien in favor of the said Town of South
Windsor, upon certain real estate situated in Town of South Windsor which sewer lien
is recorded in the name of GOLD EVAN & KAREN P in Vol. 2528 Page 0160 of the
Land Records of Town of South Windsor. The amount so paid consists of$356.00 and
of all interest, fees and other legal accumulations thereon.
