2. run pcdcrapifier
a. on first screen accept all
b. on second screen look through
i. remove at least old version of kaspersky and its agent
3. run ninite
a. java, flash, adobe, vlc, reader, cutepdf
b, do not add malwarebytes
c. or use the save
4. install and run ccleaner
a. both temp files and registry
5. if needed install ultravnc
a. double check ultavnc password and make sure local admin is added to list
6. update network card if needed
a. do this as local user not network
7. windows updates
8. adjust memory, clean old profiles, adjust system restore
9. clean services and startup
a. services include, but not always and not limited to
i. computer browser
ii. wireless
iii. webclient
iv. telephony
v. remote access auto connection manager
vi. remote access connection manager
10. clean registry
a. hkey local machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run
11. install kaspersky and agent
a. \\sthvirus001\KLSHARE\Pkglnst\NetAgent 10.0.3361 KES 10.1.0.867
b. Adjust updated source and run update
c. Adjust critical scan
