its successors', and assigns and employees and their
heirs, executors and administrators, of and from all, and all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action,
suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckoning, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies,
agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, extents, executions, claims and demands what-
soever 'in law or In egolty, which against Town of South Windsor and its
employees
we ever had, now ho ve or which
our successors and assigns, heirs, executors or administrators, hereafter can,
shall or may have for, upon or by reasons of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever from the beginning of the world
to the day of these presents.
And especially in connection with all sums due for work performed under
purchase order', number 5515, all services performed to the Town of
South Windsor ''during the calendar year 1982 through the present date,
and any and all claims for liable, slander, breach of contract, change
orders , services in excess of the purchase order; and any and all other
claims relating to said purchase order.
