Subject: 223 Natsisky Farm Road Drainage Easement
Hi Matt,
Bernie checked the Town's drainage easement on the property at 223 Natsisky Farm Road. This is the
area Len Rivlin has been calling about. There are sitll 4 trees in the drainage easement that were not
taken down. I believe he was told what trees needed to be removed from the drinage easement and
these 4 were included. I do not know when or if the owner, Frank Desimone plans on taking these trees
down. There is still a caveat on the land records regarding the trees in the drainage easement.

CAVEAT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of South Windsor (hereinafter
the "TOWN") owns a twenty (20) foot Drainage Easement along the Easterly 4
boundary of Lot No. 135 (223 Natsisky Farm Road), which easement is '
currently being violated by the- planting and p g growth of trees, bushes and t ,
shrubs within the easement area. The TOWN has sent several notices to the
current owners of Lot No. 135 (223 Natsisky Farm Road), FRANK J.
DESIMONE and KIMBERLY A. DESIMONE, advising them of this interference
with the TOWN's easement and directing them to remove the trees and bushes.
The TOWN also advised in these notices of its right to have the trees and
bushes removed, as well as any structures or other obstructions, at the
expense of the property owners of Lot No. 135 (223 Natsisky Farm Road).
This CAVEAT shall serve as notice to any subsequent third party
purchaser or encumbrancer within or without the chain of title to Lot No. 135
(223 Natsisky Farm Road) of this violation of the easement terms and the right
of the TOWN to remove the trees and bushes, as well as any structures or other
obstructions, at the expense of any party owning or controlling the property at
.': the time of removal. _
The easement referred to above was recorded on October 20, 1989 at
Volume 570 Page 216 of the South Windsor Land Records. The parcel of land
and easement referred to above are shown and designated on two (2) maps or
plans entitled"OPEN SPACE SUBDIVISION A-30 ZONE PLOT PLAN SECTION 5
MOUNTAINVIEW ESTATES SOUTH WINDSOR, CONN. REINO E. HYYPPA &
J ASSOCIATES CIVIL ENGINEERS & LAND SURVEYORS GLASTONBURY,
