Please be advised that the Town of South Windsor has enacted an
ordinance which provides for the collection of the equitable
share cost of the subject water line. By this letter , the Town
of South Windsor absolves the Connecticut Water Company of the
responsibility to collect equitable shares from persons wishing
to connect to the subject water line.
It is understood that the Connecticut Water Company will provide
written notification to the Town of any request for service . We
thank you for your cooperation in this matter .
