Dear Ms.Carlson:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its special meeting of July 22,2003,gave
approval for the revisions to the Gateway Trunk Sewer Line as more specifically shown on plans entitled
"Sanitary Sewer Trunkline, Sta.35+50 to Sta.48+43.05—Town of South Windsor Gateway Trunk Sewer",
prepared by Fuss&O'Neill,Inc.,Project No.20049LA10,Drawing No.3,dated 8-01-02,revised 10-31-
02, 11-07-02, 11-12-02, 1-30-03,3-21-03,and subject to the following conditions:
1. Safe practices and procedures be instituted to ensure the protection against pollution,including the
consideration of the"General Guidelines on Development of Former Agricultural Properties",
dated March, 1999,and any other guidelines that would apply to this project.
2. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
3. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance
with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and
appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
