RE: AVERY STREET PUMP STATION
Dear Mr. Jacques:
At its regular meeting of May 5, 1992, the South Windsor Water
Pollution Control Authority reviewed_ the punch list of work that
must be completed before the Town takes over responsibility for
the Avery Street Pump Station; said punch list was the same list
as provided to you in my correspondence of March 19, 1992 (copy
attached) .
After reviewing this punch list, the Authority requested that I
notify you that if these items have not been corrected by July 1,
1992, the Town will not take over the station, and will not
consider again assuming responsibility for the station before
July 1, 1993.
